One Neighborhood

One Neighborhood is a coalition, a collaboration, and a community of all those involved in creating, developing and implementing solutions to solve homelessness in Philadelphia. Its purpose is to foster discussion, information sharing, collaboration, and resource development for and among those involved with and concerned about homeless people in Philadelphia.

This site is a portal to more than 500 service providers in our area. It is also a place where you can get the latest breaking news in the field, such as important news findings published in medical journals. The site also offers a way for you to get your voice heard in policy debates in Harrisburg and Washington.

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights - The Human Right to Adequate Housing

Human Right Fact Sheet Series was published by the United Nations Centre in Gevena, Switzerland. They deal with human rights that are actively under consideration. No. 21 of this series deals with the human right for adequate housing.

Blueprint to End Homelessness in Philadelphia

The Homeless Program Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition offers this "Blueprint to End Homelessness in Philadelphia" with the beliefs that there are solutions to the problem of homelessness and solving homelessness is critical to the overall economic development and health of the city. The Blueprint offers a set of concrete recommendations of how the city can make substantial progress in significantly reducing homelessness.
