BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Bethesda Project Board of Directors is a working and a fundraising board. All members contribute financially and use their personal and professional connections to secure additional financial support for Bethesda Project.
Board members are limited to serving three consecutive three-year terms.
The board meets 10 times each year, monthly, except for July and August. Board members serve on at least one of the following committees, most of which meet monthly:
Audit, Development, Facilities, Finance, Governance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Strategy.
Bethesda Project maintains a strategic plan, which is monitored by the Strategy Committee, and updated regularly.
