In-Kind Donations
Bethesda Project annually serves over 1,000 individuals experiencing homelessness at 15 different locations across the city. By donating items, you help us ensure our guests and residents always have toiletries, clothing - anything they need. Your in-kind donations help us provide a welcoming environment at every site.

Important Info About Donations:
There are some items that we cannot accept. These include:
Women’s clothing (other than new underwear and socks). Consider giving to JFCS Our Closet, devon@communitystitch.org, or The Wardrobe.
Used home furniture or appliances of any kind, including: home, office, kitchen bedroom, and used mattresses.
Used underwear or socks.
Home décor.
Already opened food, including leftovers from large group gatherings.
Contact us about your donation before dropping it off. This helps us ensure we can make the best use of your donation. Make an appointment with Community Life staff any time Monday – Friday 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. Drop off is at Bethesda Project’s Our Brothers’ Place at 907 Hamilton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
