Carving Change for Bethesda Project

Come join us for an evening of competitive crafts and tasty drafts to benefit Bethesda Project!

Carving Change is a fun-filled happy hour jack o' lantern contest where all proceeds benefit the important work done by Bethesda Project, a Philadelphia nonprofit that has been working for individuals experiencing homelessness since 1979 by providing case management, shelter, and permanent housing.

Each Carving Change guest is entitled to one drink ticket and a mess-free, fully gutted pumpkin! We will provide jack o' lantern patterns and carving tools to ensure each attendees' shot at first, second or third prize in the Carving Change Contest.

Each fall, Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP) hosts State of Young Philly (SOYP), a dynamic 10-day event series filled with programming designed to connect young Philadelphians of every background, showcase their positive impact, and amplify their voices. SOYP 2018 brings together nonprofits, government entities, civic leaders, and local businesses to help young Philadelphians identify what civic engagement means to them and the role each individual can play in driving change in their communities.
