Planned Giving & Real Estate

Planned gifts and gifts of real estate create opportunities for both our donors and Bethesda Project. Employer Giving

Many employers offer matching gift programs allowing you to double your gift to Bethesda Project. Often, this simply includes submitting a form along with your contribution — our Developme nt Depart ment will do the rest. Contact your HR department to learn more about your company’s policy.

The Domenic Fund

In 2015, Bethesda Project’s Board of Directors established The Domenic Fund to promote the sustainability of the organization, and to honor Abbot Domenic’s lifelong commitment to the abandoned poor. To date, we’ve raised over $180,000 for The Domenic Fund. Thank you to all who donated and continue to enhance Bethesda Project's sustainability! Gifts "IN HONOR OF" or "IN MEMORY OF"

Honor a loved one in your life with a donation. Request free, exclusively designed greeting cards featuring original artwork and to share a specially chosen greeting noting that you, the giver, have made a donation to Bethesda Project in honor of the recipient or in memory of someone. Each donation will be acknowledged.

Host a party for Bethesda Project

Gathering together — whether in-person or virtual — can also be a way to support Bethesda Project! Whether your friends want to organize a happy hour or online yoga class, your company wants to run a donation drive, or your business wants to offer a percentage of sales to benefit Bethesda Project, we’re honored to be involved! To organize an event on our behalf — or to brainstorm some ideas! — send us email and a staff member will be in contact.

United Way Giving

If you wish to support your workplace’s United Way campaign, please designate Bethesda Project to receive your payroll deduction. Bethesda Project's Donor Choice number is 3936 (or 0356 for United Way of Delaware). Federal employees can donate through the Combined Federal Campaign, number 96467.
