Battle of the Paddles is Bethesda Project’s third annual pickleball tournament and fundraiser! Join us at Bounce Pickleball - Philadelphia's premier, climate-controlled indoor courts for a round-robin, mixed-doubles-style tournament. All proceeds raised support Bethesda Project, a nonprofit that provides shelter, housing, and services for unhoused adults.

Come out and celebrate with us as we honor Bethesda Project's history and the accomplishments we have shared as a community, as well as a toast to our future! All funds raised from this event allow Bethesda Project to provide emergency shelter, housing, and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Sunday Fun-Day Karaoke Fundraiser Benefiting Bethesda Project
Join Bethesda Project's Young Professional Advisory Board at Miss Saigon for Karaoke on Sunday, March 29th from 1-4 pm! $30 includes karaoke and your first drink, all proceeds benefit Bethesda Project!
Miss Saigon, located at 1316 Walnut Street, is an homage to the vibrant streets of Vietnam nestled in the heart of Philadelphia. Bring your friends for an afternoon of singing, relaxing, and zero Sunday Scaries

Counter Cartographies: Mapping Spaces of the Unhoused in Philadelphia
Counter Cartographies is a community art project in collaboration with unhoused shelter residents served by Bethesda Project. This free event will take place at the Rotunda from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Light food and refreshments will be provided.This project was conceptualized and initiated by volunteer contributor Nayantara Ghosh, who continues to participate in a volunteer capacity. Collaborators include Bethesda Project residents, staff, and volunteers, and Design Fellows through PennPraxis and Civic House (University of Pennsylvania). Support for this project has been provided by The Sachs Program for Arts Innovation. RSVP Requested.
Bethesda Project NHHA Week Happy Hour & Zine Workshop at Nikki Lopez
Join us for Happy Hour on November 20 from 6-8pm. Enjoy a zine-making workshop led by artist Andrew Piccone. Anyone who purchases a raffle ticket or donates will receive a free hot dog (vegan options available!)
YPAB Backpack Drive at Future Days Beer Company
Trade a backpack for a beer! Bring a new, adult backpack to Future Days Beer Company from 11/19 - 11/23 and get a draft pour in exchange for your donation. Can't make it to the brewery but want to donate anyway? You can order a backpack here and get it sent directly to Bethesda Project.
Community Partnership: Make & Take with Bethesda Project & Vetri Community Partnership
On November 19th, Bethesda Project and Vetri Community Partnership are coming together to make & take meals together as a community. A group from both organizations will prepare a meal to enjoy and a meal to deliver to Bethesda Project guests.

Legacy Society Tour & Reception at Brandywine Museum
Members of Bethesda Project’s Legacy Society are invited to attend a special guided tour and reception at the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art on Saturday, September 13th, 4:30-6:30PM.
The Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art offers a unique way to appreciate art and the environment. Home to works of art by renowned artist Andrew Wyeth, the Brandywine Museum is not to be missed. This gathering is a great way to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of Bethesda Project. Largely in thanks to your dedicated and generous support.
The evening will feature a private, after-hours tour followed by a wine and cheese reception. The cost of the event is $50. Legacy Society Members are encouraged to invite along new friends who they believe may be interested in the work that we do.

Join Bethesda Project’s Young Professional Advisory Board in the taproom at Future Days Beer Company for an engaging workshop led by Leo Vaccaro, St. Joseph’s Prep School History Teacher and Fairmount Resident. This event is designed for all: owners, renters, Philly history nerds, and anyone who is interested in learning how to tap into public records, maps, archives, and other resources to piece together your home’s past.

Cocktails For A Cause with Rex At The Royal
This ticketed event will give guests an opportunity to learn how to make three cocktails while giving back to those in our community who are experiencing homelessness. Included in your ticket price will come a fully interactive cocktail course featuring three cocktails, & a special take home! There will be non-alcoholic cocktails for those of us who don't partake as well!

Cocktails for a Cause With Rex at the Royal
Join us and our friends at Rex at the Royal for a guided spirit and cocktail tasting and demonstration. The lineup features three spirits for you to sip as you learn not just about the spirits themselves, but also how to taste, how to pair with other flavors, and how to pick something out for your home bar. NHHA Week Lunch & Learn
All are invited to join our Lunch & Learn presentation and discussion with Bethesda Project program staff, Kharisma Goldston and Stephen Kotch surrounding their takeaways from the National Alliance to End Homelessness Conference which took place this past July in Washington, DC. The conversation will focus on a recap of what they learned from the conference, in particular, how best to assist aging populations. There will be time for thoughtful group discussion and questions.
